Terms & Conditions
Welcome to VALLEY VAN & STORAGE CO.. These terms govern our professional relationship. By utilizing our forwarding, transport, or warehousing services in Jacksonville and beyond, you're agreeing to these guidelines. We like to keep things simple, but legalities need clarity. Shall we dive in?
1. Service Provision
We provide freight transportation and cargo transit services under strictly regulated industry standards. Our logistics network ensures delivery, but we rely on accurate client data for every shipment. Misinformation on weight or cargo type slows us down—and nobody wants that!
2. Warehousing & Storage
Storage at our Jacksonville facility (815 S MAIN ST) is subject to availability. We're proud of our high-security warehouses for freight transportation, but please note that insurance remains the responsibility of the cargo owner unless explicitly stated in a sub-contract. We've been doing this for over 17 years, so your assets are in safe hands.
3. Payments & Cancellations
We appreciate timely payments. Invoices are generally due within 30 days of transit completion. Cancellation fees may apply if logistics have already been set in motion. Why? Because fuel and scheduling wait for no one! // TODO: refine cancellation window
4. Liability Limits
Our liability is limited according to standard industry carriage acts. While we handle every parcel with care, unforeseen transit delays due to weather or port congestion (the usual suspects!) are outside our direct control. We'll always communicate proactively, though.
